she released a video just now discussing it. I wouldn't call it rough, considering she went through an abdominal surgery and 2 weeks in the hospital.
They found the cancer during post op procedure. Shes been doing Chemo since late-February. They are calling it preventative in nature.
Says they tried to keep it private for the sake of her children

She looks abnormally thin and weak here on the left from the video released today

She does have cancer and she looks relatively rough for Kate Middleton which is pretty good for the average human.
