You, like most of the people in this thread, are a moron. France would absolutely destroy Russia in a war. You idiots making surrender jokes have no idea what you're talking about. A modern NATO military (Germany, France, UK, etc) would wreck Russia. If you can't tame Ukraine in a war going into its third year, You won't stand a chance against Western technology.
