A fair trial is granted to every individual on the planet as well.
Cruel and Unusual punishment is also not allowed on any person on the planet.
Why else would the USA be against the torture of terrorist?
Do you think torture of illegal immigrants is justified, or should the US Gov only be kept from torturing it's taxpayers?
