Something the Federal Government or any State Government can do today to help bring down prices is to stop allowing corporations to own more than 10 houses in a State.

But no, Corporations pay politicians so this would never happen.

In the Atlanta metro area alone there are over 19,000 homes which were bought by corporations and they only allow renters.

My neighborhood was hit by this and most of the time when a house goes on the market a corporation buys it and rents it out.
