Again, from the OT thread, local reports per that poster are that he shot the first LEO and the 2nd returned fire.

If he fired a warning shot, or shot at the ATF at all, it is precisely a Breonna Taylor situation. Did they announce? Did dude hear them announce? If not, again, precisely the Breonna Taylor situation.
