Depends on how they are “deported”

It would be some shite if TX FAFO and Mexico refused flights originating from TX

Drive them to no man's land between the check points and drop them... or boat them back to the middle of the river and drop them... Either way they are no longer in TX...

Also, if TX continues to arrest and other states follow suit, many will self-deport...

I'm a big fan of the rule of law and rational aggression. These moves by TX are neither. If you rely on an irrationally aggressive (and possibly illegal) scheme, you increase the chance of negative externalities exponentially.

TX is pushing it all in pre-flop with 4-7 off.

If anyone is approaching the FAFO area, it may be the federal government.

Sooner, rather than later, TX is going to call the federal government’s bluff.

No, you're a big fan of Democrat policies and you favor twisting ,contorting or ignoring the Law when it benefits your Democrat brethren...

You hide your partisan beliefs in rabid posting of line after line of legal-babble word salad.

No one believes your bllshit anymore, AggieTaint.

The country needs TX to call the Federal government's bluff... Other states should pass laws similar to TX's as well and start arresting...

This would force the Federal government's hand one way or the other...

Typical cruise ship holds 3000 people. A 7day cruise costs $1000 or less.
For $30B we can cruise them all back.

There are millions of people just waiting for the dam to break, itching for someone to follow. The issue has always been no one to lead the way.

If the FEDS are stupid enough to confront TX in an actual military confrontation, the house of cards collapses.

This is an outstanding idea... but ships are easier to interdict... Unless you dump them all overboard...

SB4 stopped again even after SCOTUS.

The 5th circuit dissolved their ruining which put the lower courts stay saying it’s illegal back in place

So what's the point of the SCOTUS?

There is a process in place for this.

Only an idiot believes this.

These are not legit claims of amnesty, you moron.

These are invaders and parasites reading from a script provided by your Democrat allies.

That's what the process is for.

I don't think many of the claims will survive and those people will be deported.

The rule of law provides due process for this determination to occur.

Bllshit.

These fake claims of amnesty will be rubber-stamped with no thought given.

You are such a disingenuous POS.
