Trump offered and they turned it down. I cannot spell it out any plainer than that kiwi. If you cannot grasp this then you may want to forgo spreading your genetics to offspring as we already have enough stupid people on this planet.

Then he was derelict the law is clear. He had authority to do this. He did not need Pelosi or Bowser to throw him cover
He could have said " We have actionable intelligence that a large number of Bozos will be in DC for the rally and it suggests that they will go to the Capitol and possibly disrupt official proceedings....as a result I am activating the DC National guard for added security"
HE DID NOT NEED BOWSER OR PELOSI TO AGREE! He could have done it unilatelly and it would have been 100% legal. Apparently reading comprehension on the Plains is not emphasized.
