I've seen people riding at night with no lights down the center lanes of both South College and Kaliste Saloom. A lot of the time though it isn't "cyclists" and more so poor people using their only form of transportation. I use bright lights at night.

I see it often too on South College. As someone who rides for exercise, I avoid that stretch as there are no sidewalks or shoulders on most of the stretch between Johnston and West Bayou. There are other ways to get around that area without riding down the middle of South College
