Maybe XP is hidden in Multiplayer this year. The XP in Single Player is trash. If I strike out the side in a Conquest game I get ~120XP for that inning. On Offense, I scored 8 runs in an inning last night and got ~325XP.
In 23' these would be at least double that on non double XP days.

Yeah xp is trash, SDS says the xp will mostly come from completing programs.
