That was my thought. The law profession has been in dire need of a residency type requirement. Still don't believe the exam should be done away with.

It's ridiculous. After 3 years of law school, you can't pass the minimum proficiency, then 500 hours of "Internship" is not going to help. An idiot is an idiot is an idiot and has no business trying to represent people.

The bar exam isn't to prepare you to be a laywer. It's to make sure you know the right shite.
