Whatever Vivek can do to curtail Federal power over its citizens, we should all be in favor. It would be a good sounding board and proof of concept. Remember, just like Pompeo, Vivek can hop from one cabinet position to another. Neuter the FBI, neuter the DHS and then move on to Department of Education and do the same. It isn't terrible and any semblance of Vivek in Trump's cabinet is a win for America.
