This is a good point. CRT itself isn't exactly "racist." It's just wrong and enables victimhood.
Put clearly, CRT is the belief that racism (against minorities is the assumption) is baked into legal, political, educational, and societal structure. Therefore it's incumbent upon all to counteract this by giving advantage to the minorities that don't actually suffer under these purportedly racist systems.
This is indeed a factual lie. If this were the case almost all white people would dominate all others all the time, but average whites get outclassed by harder working immigrants and minorities all the time. CRT is pure victimhood where there is no victim.

Based solely upon race, hence, CRT = racism.
Much like Jim Crow, CRT is the platform used to justify discriminatory policies and behaviors.

I truly don't understand how someone can deny this and expect to be taken seriously. Anyone with any sort of grasp on American history can easily connect these dots.
