What other cases? Wade was a special prosecutor with almost no prosecution experience. He worked as a municipal judge, and has a small Family Law practice.
I haven't looked very hard, but I don't know if he has successfully prosecuted anyone.

The RICO case isn't very strong, but the Judge has already said they can still rely on the phone calls as part of the RICO case. They just were not properly pled as separate crimes.

The 19 co-defendants in the RICO case, at least 4 have plead guilty. Wade being the special prosecutor, to what extent did he participate in the conviction of the 4 defendants?
