The primary attack has been that she is sleeping with another prosecutor. That isn’t something that I’ve ever seen justify a judge disqualifying an attorney in a case. It isn’t a conflict of interest vis-a-vis the client (the state). It’s just a claim that they are somehow depraved people.

Farking around isn’t a ground to disqualify an attorney.

But who knows anymore. It just seems unlikely.
