I predict he'll not disqualify because, he'll say, he is constrained by the law's imposition of the burden of proof on the parties seeking disqualification...

Even though anybody watching knows what happened.

I'm strongly leaning on Fani Willis and Wade both being disqualified tomorrow and then will refer the case on to the Georgia AG's office for further action/evaluation.

I've also been saying for over a year now that this case brings down the entire Jack Smith trial.

You think he is going to side with the prosecution that the defendants must prove the conflict not only produced a financial benefit but they also must prove that benefit changed the outcome (verdict) of the trial? That is their argument.

All our lives we are told that the standard is "even the appearance of impropriety". They've been teaching this in law schools for as long as I've been alive. Not only did they establish there was an appearance of a conflict, they proved 6 fatal conflicts occurred. There is no way in hell the judge is allowing those 2 idiots to continue. Splitting the baby at this point would mean allowing another attorney within the office to take over but I honestly don't see how that happens either.

Remember you have another officer of the court, a DA in another county, ready to testify that not only was she told the relationship occurred before Wade's appointment but she personally heard Fani instruct a witness not to cooperate in the evidentiary hearing. Witness tampering is a crime. She is also caught paying her lover from seized property funds.

Misappropriation of funds, perjury in multiple courts, saborning perjury in an evidentiary hearing, perpetrating a fraud on the court, fraudulent billing and reporting. If the judge allows these "lawyers" to continue this case there is no such thing as due process rights for the accused. The judicial system will have officially become a joke.
