and that is their out, they can now say see, even the judge said he was guilty, but he refused to hold him accountable for it because he was a trump judge

they get their talking point, and can move on to more lawfare against trump based on the lie the judge in this case said trump was guilty

And the counter is “Biden did far worse and they refused to charge him.”


They may claim a victory if it gets dismissed over this but it isn’t the “guilty” verdict they desperately want on the front pages.

They are out of time to try to prosecute him from a different angle. He's gotta win to put an end to all of this.
