Have you ever tried to buy from a fisherman in the basin? It is what I imagine what a drug deal would be like. If you get one to agree to sell you a sack it is done on the down low. Almost like thye are under contract to the wholesaler.

It's because alot are restraunts. You can't boil crawfish for the public if you can't lock in a fisherman. It's basically a contract.
