If it were up to me, the victim's father would be allowed to choose the punishment, and nothing would be off limits. Hang them from their feet and beat them with baseball bats, skin them alive and seal them in a barrel of lemon juice, etc. Everything should be on the table when talking about kid diddlers.

Do like the Romans did! Tie a corpse around and make them carry it around till it rots off then crucify them !
