I tell my kids to ALWAYS be with people you trust and will have your back when you are out. I have seen it done too many times where "friends" leave someone behind to be on his/her own in a bad state of insobriety. I also try to preach to not get into that state, but we all know that's not going to happen. Be smart; be safe! It's imperative.

I don’t drink so maybe I’m a clueless square, but I just do not understand how people choose to get completely blitzed surrounded by nobody they know.
