I found out about bitcoin because of a thread here explaining how to access the darkweb and get on the hidden wiki site. On that site, I saw stuff about buying bitcoin and using bitcoin to pay for things. I freaked out when I saw a lot of stuff on the darkweb like links to go to some pretty awful stuff. So I thought bitcoin was only really used for illegal activities despite what others were saying. This was when bitcoin was less than $10 dollars. Then Wiki and others talked about getting in on it. I still didn't jump on it. I regret it, but I also know I couldnt have sat on it this long. I would have pulled most of my profit out by now I think.
