That’s going to be a great trip! The breakfast at the Grand Hyatt is noteworthy!
Definitely see the Napoli Coast by boat, go to Kalaheo Coffee shop, drive around the island with Gypsy Guide (fantastic tour), have dinner at Spezia in Koloa, and snorkel in front of the Sheraton in Poipu. We have been to Kauai two times in the past two years, best place I’ve ever been.

I’m a Globalist so we were going to just have breakfast in the club, but I’d love to hear your suggestion at the resort!
