One of the guys in the know can probably correct me if I'm wrong, but if you're on the north shore, I doubt it's an f22. There aren't any stationed anywhere close to Louisiana. 9 times out of 10, it's the f15's in this area. You'll occasionally get an f18, or a trainer. I've never seen f35s here unless for an airshow or their current training.

Closest F22' s are Florida and Virginia.

i dont mean here locally, i just mean at random places i've been stationed or sent to around the globe.
i might not be able to decipher a F-35 over an F-22 from the ground, but i do at least for sure know what an F-15 or an F-18 looks like
