So while you're dehumanizing the carnage in an unnecessary war, perhaps you can find some close-up HD pictures of a girl's disemboweled fiancé, or someone's teenage son with his limbs blown off.

Spot on. That anyone would cheer on the death of plebians on either side of the conflict is bafflingly awful. Eastern Europe has a long history of being a battlefield for problems that have little to do with them. They are called the bloodlands for a reason. This looks to be yet another round of it. A proxy war using the bodies of others.
