The constitution does *not* give the federal govt the authority to regulate 10th amendment matters
It doesn't matter if Jotato can actually get a nationwide abortion law it's the fact he's pandering to those on the left and those on the left cheer that shite.
It makes no sense to destroy your own progeny while making an argument the nation needs millions of invaders to replace the babies not being born in the US.

It might when you realize illegals might have lots and lots of children providing fresh babies to pitchfork into the abortion industry’s abattoirs. Otherwise our declining birth rates provide them with a diminishing number of victims.
