I think that was objectively one of the worst SOTU addresses ever. It’s not supposed to be a campaign stump speech or a nominating convention acceptance speech. Biden alienated independent voters tonight—voters he desperately needs to win.
This race will come down to about 50,000 politically independent voters across about 5 states. This speech did nothing to help persuade those voters to support Biden.

I’m afraid this is magical thinking
The unadulterated ability of Biden to make shite up and the willingness of the illiterate masses to eat it up surprised me once. This will be a very close election
