Am I missing something?

It appears to me like he posted that he thought the T'Wolves would be better without KAT, then they won on the road, so he quoted himself basically saying that he was right

Not taking up for him because I have zero idea about him as a poster, that's just how I read the situation.

I think it's a terrible take as the T'Wolves really only have one offensive player with KAT out.

I don’t think KAT is a good, winning player. I like players who know their role and can contribute on both ends. KAT is a 6’11 SG. They lost the game to the Clippers because KAT had Harden matched up on him in the last minute but instead of going into the paint and abusing the size difference, dude went to the perimeter first and then tried to hit a floating drive on him. Their lineup is lengthy as hell with KAT out of there and full of 3 and D players. Jaden McDaniels and Kyle Anderson are scary defenders, NAW is also giving them good minutes.
I just don’t believe in scoring PFs like KAT who can’t defend. They could probably use another scorer but they are better without him

For a little context: I know blocks aren’t an end all be all stat but
Shai: 1.0 blocks pg this season
KAT: 0.7 blocks pg this season
That’s inexcusable. He’s just a big scorer, not even close to a 2 way player which I’d argue you kinda have to be at 6’11/7 feet. All people look at is points which makes KAT seem better than he is but in reality Gobert is the far better player and the problems with the TWolves lineup has been unfairly put on Gobert the past 2 seasons when really KAT is the problem
