How many years until the class action commercials start airing?

Have a hard time believing there won't be something from this. Everybody and their grandmother is using this to be like Oprah.

There’s no free lunch in nature. I’d imagine there’s going to be at least some blowback at some point.

This isn't much different than Botox being used "off label" for migraines, hyperhidrosis, etc.

well i mean its been the market for a long long arse time and its just a peptide so i highly highly doubt there will be but

there are those doctors that are willing to bump patients to the highest dose very quickly without lifestyle changes and there are patients who refuse to change eating habits

so the medicine does what it is designed to do and punishes you to try and get you to change...some wont listen though so im sure there will be some

as far as it being pulled off the market type issue

frick no. the science behind it is very very sound and been studied since the 80s. yall act like this about every new medicine though.

Just like Purdue Pharm and others, pharm companies have lawsuit payouts built in to the production of the drugs.

So when Ozempic murders a percentage of people’s digestive systems and they have to wear colostomy bags the rest of their lives, they’ll gladly pay out that $300 million class action settlement. They made $10 billion from the drug.
