Anyone with two brain cells know that you always take one plate off each side at a time. Never take all of them off on one side at the same time

I do two 45s at a time. Looks like 3 is too much.

I never have more than one 45 plate extra on a side when racking or unloading the bar.

I do one side at a time with 3-4 plates with nary a problem. The bars are designed for that.
Something is wrong with that setup.
