I get it. If a thread is seven pages, I'm probably not going to scan every post. But fark...

This isn't rocket surgery. They're trying to discourage the use of 3rd party apps to order, because it wipes out their margins.

If you order McDonalds through the McDonalds app, rather than through Uber Eats or Door Dash, the restaurant doesn't pay the fee. So they can afford to give you a free QPC, etc.
