So Nuland and Susan Rice were big shots in Obama's administration. They were both in Biden's admin and have both resigned from their positions in the last year.
Are they prepping for a new Dem Admin under Michelle?

I'm not claiming any secret inside knowledge here, but if I was a betting man I'd put my money on this instead:

Nuland has been around in every single administration, helping to orchestrate perpetual war - well, she wasn't in Trump's administration. That's the only one in a long line that she was not a part of.
