Talked with a veteran California high school coach, while in Houston. Said we got two good ones in Kade Anderson and Gage Jump.

Anderson would have been a top 5 round draft pick out of high school if he hadn’t blown out his elbow his junior year.

Jay at one point said Jump was one of the best HS Pitchers he has ever seen and has consistently said Anderson wouldn’t be here if he didn’t get injured in HS.
