tRant never ceases to amaze me.
I can't recall what y'all were going back and forth about but I think the sentencing guidelines for attempted second-degree murder in Louisiana is not up to life imprisonment so would not have to go before a grand jury.
Regardless of that, a grand jury indictment is not required for an arrest even for capital cases.
