Been having good luck with OMAD (do it 3-4 times/week). Is it ok to have a Coke Zero during the day several hours prior to my evening meal?

I don’t see why not. It’s zero calories. Unless you’re on a strict water fast.

its fine, there is nothing special about the fast other than controlling calories.

plenty of studies show zero calories drinks lead to more weight loss when used to control cravings.

have your zero calorie drink and enjoy

Yes, unless you have some kind of adverse effect from it

Definitely breaking your fast. In our great country, FDA allows anything with LESS than 5 calories to be classified as 0 calories.

Some people have an insulin response similar to actual sugar due to the sweetness in zero calorie sweeteners.
