I would agree, but calling St. Paul - Minneapolis a small town is a bit of an exaggeration. It has 4 major sports teams and it’s probably one of the biggest hockey cities in the country when it comes to pumping out talent.
There’s 8 players currently in the NHL from that area.
I think it’s more believable that half the team is from that area over some Hispanic kid from Miami being on the team.
