The 5045e has been around awhile if that’s what he meant. I looked at the 45 and 55’s before I bought my Kubota in 2011.

It doesn’t have def but it has a dpf that goes through regen. I think anything under 25 horse isn’t required to have either

Could be different but I don't think it is, my 2021 5075e has regen but no DEF.
