Again, people fail to realize that the secondary during the dome patrol era was total garbage. That's why they never went anywhere.

Hebert was a victum of a weak recieving corp and average running backs. He went to Atlanta and made the pro bowl with their group of recievers. Also, the Saints secondary was crappy. Think of how many mediocre QB's have won Superbowls. Bobby was good enough with the right supporting cast.
