Currently I have a driver, 2 hybrid, and then 5 iron

Would it make more sense to get some kind of fairway wood or to get a 4 hybrid? I cant really seem to decide. It would be nice to have something that I could count on off the tee box for more narrow holes.

I love my 4H, but I rarely use it off the tee. The only time I do is on long par 3s.

How far do the driver, 2 hybrid, 5i go?
It's most important to fill the gaps and do it with clubs you can consistently hit well. Whether that's a 3W, 5W, 7W, 4H, driving iron, or 3i doesn't matter.
ETA: So ideally go somewhere with a simulator and hit different club options and make the decision off that.
Or wait for a Demo day at a nearby club

I go Driver 10.5°, 5 Wood 17.5° and 4H 22°. Works for me. I also only carry 13 clubs.

This is the right first question. Let’s identify the gaps and understand how far the 2h goes especially.
Any other factors?… are you bad with fairway woods? Do you mostly play a course where you'd never use a 3w? Are you in love with the 2h or could you do better with a 5w and 3h?

I carried 13 clubs for so long. Finally added a 56 (have a 52 & 60). It’s such a small gap, but I love it for shots from 95-110.

What are the lofts of the 2H and 5W? Aren't they close?

The accuracy difference between a Driver and a Fairway Wood is only about 3-4 percent. You may also be giving up some forgiveness with a Fairway Wood. I would try to find proper gapping in those clubs and have a club that you can get in the air and stop for long par 4's and par 5's.
