A. I've never once claimed to be in perfect physical shape (because I'm not).
Just said that's I'm not a very big person.
B. Here's a side view.
Could I be in better shape? absolutely.
I fluctuate between 160# - 165# with a 32" waist.
not perfect, but damn sure not big.

Cool. BMI says you are just barely overweight too. It doesn't say you are big. Just that you could lose like 10 lbs.
