My point was that BMI doesn't tell the whole story and often times, raw numbers can't tell you if someone is obese or not.
a pretty small % of population actually lifts, and you have to factor in people who do lift (heavy) but are still pretty fat.

So would it be fair to say that since the majority of the population doesn't strength train nor train their cardiovascular system, it's not a great measurement for athletes/physically active people?
