There's not a lot you can do to without one guy taking a step back and accept a secondary role. These guys play have proven to be better without each other. That won't change as long as they're on the same roster.
They're obviously not nearly as good, but it really does remind me a lot of the 2011 Heat and then into 2012.

The 2011 Heat did a lot of Lebron and Wade taking turns, trying to split duties as the #1 option. They were good, but not good enough.

DWade has talked extensively about how after that season, he realized he just had to defer to Lebron because Lebron was so clearly the better player. He deferred, Lebron became the clearcut #1 option, and Miami took off, won 2 straight titles.

Can we take off and win 2 straight titles? Nah, but it seems like an apt comparison in terms of what we need to do to become the best version of the Pels that we can be.

I just don't understand how anyone, fans, coaches, front office, could possibly think that the best version of this team is having BI as the number 1 option. The primary option should be Zion, or someone who isn't currently on the roster. This team is destined to be a first round out, if you're playing with BI as the primary option.
