Not a lawyer, but it they call you to specifically help them, how is it not?

He would not have been there if they had not called him. Why did they pick him?

Some of the fish and game laws in this country are dumb as chit, liberals must be involved with a lot of them, just like not being able to pickup a deer you hit with your truck, i swear its all about the money

I once got out of a DWI while boating because the 2 young wardens who checked us at the ramp were trying to trailer their boat in high wind and couldn’t do it. I had already trailered my ski boat and one of them was threatening to arrest me because I had been drinking (I was buzzed and probably slightly over the limit but not drunk). My friends were hammered and couldn’t hardly walk up the ramp and that drew attention.

I bet the wardens that if I could trailer their boat on the first try they’d have to let us go. They agreed and I hopped in their boat and drove it straight onto the trailer perfectly. They let us go
