Personally, that should get you child porn charges IMO

It is in Louisiana. But Louisiana was also one of the first states to pass legislation that directly criminalizes sexually explicit deepfakes. In a lot of (most?) other states it comes down to the question of whether the existing laws on the books apply to AI-generated content.
