Easiest thing is to just ask for the breathalyzer (assuming you haven’t been drinking) instead of doing all the roadside tests.

Assume I have had 2 or 3 and am unsure if I'm .081 or .079. If you deny the tests, do you lose your license for a year regardless? Or can an attorney get you out of that part?

In my county in TX, breathalyzers are ONLY administered at the county jail, not by the field officer and refusing the tests gets your license suspended for 6 months
