YouTube University isn’t a real school

They mean didn’t go to a Marxist university for indoctrination.

Damn right. A trend I've noticed in my 44 years of life...
In general, the more letters you have after your name:
1.) The more brainwashed you are, and
2.) The less common sense that you have.
Seems to be proportional. I'd rather have horse sense than a PhD.

Correct, it tends to mean “credentialed” in this case.
“Dr Jill” is a doctor of adult education IIRC which is considered to be one of the easiest post-grad options for someone looking for a title rather than a job.
A lot of liberal arts degrees aren’t useful for anything on their own but as a stepping stone to a teaching certificate or law degree.
Etc.
A lack of a bachelors or a higher level degree doesn’t mean “unintelligent”.
