What do you anticipate this going to beyond the one cent level? Not talking over the next two weeks but over the next six months?.

Ok I’ll look stupid but I’ll ask….
So this is a music stock that bought the rights to a percentage of each bottle sold of mouthwash?
Edit: saw it was over $1400 dollars per share back around 2011. Tough times.

They are beginning to diversify to other businesses and not just music.
However, here’s their music profile:

Ignore those dates. The current company went public and took over the ticker in 2022 with a reverse merger.

I don’t really have any predictions, but the sentiment is the stock is severely undervalued. Some people think $10 million in revenue being announced in the morning is possible.

they had $41k in revenue the last 12 months. Diversification is futile if they don’t do their primary job well.

And yet they have $415 in the bank. Not thousands, $415 even.
They’re booking royalties as revenue even though they’ve had effectively 0% actual success in getting those royalties collected.

This is the funniest facking thing I have seen in a long time.
Revenue $1 billion.
Bad Debt $1 billion.
That is about the most ridculous thing I have seen in an SEC filing.
This one will be short lived. Mr auditor will be short lived

I do t know why I keep getting sucked into proving out these scams on the board (lvvv, humbl, zom) etc…. But y’all should read up on the lawsuits this dude had with Spotify. Pretty comical.
Financials are embarrassingly bad audited by a non PCAOB auditor issuing a non-PCAOB opinion referring to themselves as a crowdfund auditor (whatever the hell that is) yet their signature in the opinionsome middle eastern name. Cant make this shot up.
Oh the CEO comp for this company with no assets is a mere $12 million (convertible note) along with some super preferred - this reverse or buyback does nothing but give him a stranglehold. About as scammy as it can get and what I was worried Reg A’s would be used for

The audacity to promote it as a $1B revenue company is really something.

So is this a scam, bad business, or just praying they can turn the company around ?
