The lawyers, and conference leaders, and media companies (streaming and cable)and agents, and other sharks swimming in the cesspool that is the money flowing in and around college football today all have no interest in unions getting involved to try to get their snout in the trough.

On the surface this looks like a reasonable question, but it begs some assumptions, such as….the low dollar NIL guys are unhappy (what proof do you have of this? This can vary dramatically team to team),……the low dollar NIL players are/will be jealous of the high dollar NIL guys (what proof is there of this?).

I completely agree that there are/will be problems with the way NIL operates in college football. The best solution is to let the free market work. If billionaire boosters want to heap money in a program that gives money to football players ,….LET THEM. If an athletic department wants to direct how NIL money is disbursed,….LET THEM, if players want to jump team to team every year and chase dollars,….LET THEM,…..if all of this angers college football fans like us so much that we want to stop watching games,….LET US,
