Centipede help

My yard has been taken over by weeds. Centipede is looking rough after the last freeze and drought of 2023. I have all the Cleggs formula already.
What should I do going forward to save and reseed centipede?
What should I do if I would like Bermuda to take over as far as spraying and seedng? Already some Bermuda in spots.
Thanks

Centipede:
If you’re going to throw seed down, you can’t put a pre emergent so you’ll continue to have weeds. What I’ve found that centipede likes best is water and frequent cutting. Don’t cut to short, just cut it every 5 days. Other than that, 1 or 2 small fertilizations per year and leave it alone.

I feel your pain SimpleMaaan. I'm experiencing similar although my weed problem is minimal. Areas of yard that seem to hold water a bit longer are damaged areas from 2023 late freeze. I'm hoping when it grows with warmer weather it will get better (fingers crossed).
Pre-emerge, fertilizer, spot spray post emerge, and dirt booster is all I've done for a couple years now.
Yard is greening up now. 65 degree soil temp today! Crazy
Good luck

So the Cleggs formula is ok?

Fertilize frequently with high nitrogen products like a 30-0-0
"Centipedegrass is a low-maintenance turfgrass and does not respond well to excessive use of fertilizer, especially nitrogen."
But bermuda loves nitrogen so read up about how to spoonfeed nitrogen once/month.
Make sure to water if needed, but do not overwater. Bermuda requires less water than centipede. So water just once/week (if needed at all).
All of this will promote Bermuda growth and work against Centipede.

If you have winter weeds especially like POA
Spray Image or Image for Southern Lawns, then just be patient as it takes a couple weeks
Only issue I’ve had with image is the quality control of their hose end sprayers. The Image bottle doesn’t push out product just water. I’ve seen it on 3 hose end sprayers. The bottle for souther lawns pushes out product way to fast so that 6,000 square feet is gone in like 3 mins.
