If you are wanting to spend money go to Goodwood hardware or Shenandoah hardware - basic set ups go to academy
I’m in the “buy once, cry once” philosophy on this. I’d rather buy one quality setup that will last a lifetime, rather than buy crap several times.
As has been previously mentioned, go to Ed’s or Goodwood depending on what part of town you are in to get a quality rig.

IMO .... If you will mainly be using this for at home / small gatherings, I would get something small. 37,000 GTU's max.
I bought this burner [LINK ] a few years ago. For just frying some fish for my wife and I, it is too big.
After using it a few times and struggling to adjust a very low flame to control the temperature, I came up with an idea. I got a bunch of small nails and put a nail in about half the burner holes. This blocked off about 1/2 the gas flow, and I could better control the grease temperature.
FYI --- this size burner does good for boiling small batches of shrimp or crabs. I have the larger size burner for boiling crawfish.
