No but I have practiced breathing exercises to expand lung capacity prior to bed and have been told my snoring decreased when I do them consistently.

I actually just did. The first one I tried didn't work. Wife told me last night.

I'm going to have to finally schedule that ENT appointment to fix my broken nose (broken by a poster, actually).

I do it every night. Makes a HUGE difference for me. I also just bought a nasal dilator, hasn’t came in yet, interested in how much it helps too.
