Where does this come from? The videos have been copied about 1Mx over on multiple formats, why would you even bother to try to preserve ancient tapes that naturally deteriorate?

WRT to the data, again it exists in about a zillion different forms, what does it matter if some paper punch tape from 1969 crumbled to dust? They used to keep stock trade records the same way on Wall Street, do you question the records of stock trades from that era because they are now digitized?

Regarding blueprints, most are not kept for more than 10 years max for any program, especially one-offs. Vellum, the material they were drawn on BY HAND, deteriorates too. Making a copy of a large print was an expensive proposition back then, it was not undertaken lightly. Prints would have been destroyed at program's end because the same booster/guidance/control tech was useful for ballistic missiles. Can't just let that go public domain.

At least in part I concur with you with respect to psychological manipulation by Overlords over the centuries, using the Moon, eclipses, and stars to make "magical" predictions. The "learned elites" and its "Mystery Religions" know the truth of this world, but mask and deceive.

I agree -- Nature's pulse and instinct is amazing. And it seems the Moon functions with many mystical properties upon His Divine natural creation -- including embedding "signaling" to flora & fauna creatures.
